Mustard Honey is produced by the nectar of the bright yellow mustard plants found across the Island. This honey has a mild flavour with a hint of spice as a finisher.

Our honey is all natural and unpasteurized which means it brings with it all its natural goodness. Unpasteurized honey is rich in vitamins and antioxidants, contains natural probiotics and is a source of valuable enzymes.
